"Ignite Creativity!"
The Summit Performing Arts Resource Committee (SPARC) is a non-profit parent volunteer organization that provides advocacy, education initiatives and financial support for performing arts programs in all Summit public schools. 
Since its inception in 1996, SPARC's goal is to expose students to the performing arts to foster a lifelong interest in theater, music and art.​
CONGRATULATIONS TO:

… The SHS Theatre Arts Program secured (2) 2014 Montclair State University Theatre Night Awards. The high school’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream was awarded “Outstanding Production of a Play of Classical/Heightened Text,” AND Jack LeGoff, who played Lysander, received “Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actor in a Play of Classical/Heightened Text.”

… LCJSMS Performing Arts Program captured the 2014 Montclair State University Theatre Night Awards “Outstanding Production of a Middle School Play”—for the fifth year in a row—for The Secret Garden.

…. The SHS Speech and Debate Team has had an amazing 2013-14 Season. The team participated in 10 Tournaments, including Yale and Harvard, and received 80 Individual Trophies and 7 Sweepstakes Trophies.
